The apartment is located in a modern tenement house in Grabiszynek - an elegant, quiet, pre-world war villa quarter of Wrocław. Not far from the house there is a large park.

The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building.
Total area measures 50 m2 (540 square ft). That does not include two balconies - out the bedroom and out the living room (that last one is a wooden construction).
All rooms' walls are covered in washable wallpaper and furnished.
Windows are graced with net curtains and floors (hard wood) are covered in woolen rugs.

Right after getting in through the apartment's entrance door guests find themselves in an anteroom with two large wardrobes.
Door to the left leads to the bathroom, straight ahead - to the living room and to the right - to the bedroom.
Floor is tiled with glazed terracotta.
In the living room you will find a cable Internet connection, cable TV set, a suite of cream leather furniture, as well as solid wood furniture: a TV table, a coffee table and a dresser.
The living room contains also a dining area: solid wood dining table that unfolds by 50% in length and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is furnished with cupboards (solid wood fronts) and a beige granite work surface which is great for kneading dough.
Siemens brushed inox appliances present: fridge, freezer, sink with a draining board, ceramic sensor-operated stove with hood, dishwasher (60 cm / 24" wide), electric kettle (Porsche Design), baking oven, microwave oven.
The living room opens itself to a wooden, canopied balcony which can be used to either enjoy a sunset or - more practically if a tad less romantically - to hang laundry out to dry.
The bedroom contains a large 180 x 200 cm (6' x 7') double-bed.
The mattress is mid-hard, with coconut fiber layer and pocket-springs. Little rugs make the hardwood floor warmer to the feet.
Another balcony - overlooking Tapicerska street - can be entered via the bedroom.
The street is quiet, there is hardly any traffic, because it only leads to neighboring plots.
Last not least, there is the bathroom equipped with a large washbasin with a cupboard, another cupboard containing a laundry basket, a Geberit toilet-bowl, a washing machine and a bathtub with a shower.

We sincerely hope that future occupiers will live a joyful life in this apartment.
P.S. It is possible to rent a parking space in a parking garage located in a building within 2 minutes walking distance.
